Oh, the possibilities!

Marathon Prep.

I’m beginning my training right here, with a list of times/distances I run. This is to keep me honest, to hold myself accountable, and to see progress over time. All distances are in kilometers as that’s what I was used to in Brazil and it makes me feel better about myself, watching the numbers tick by so quickly (faster than in miles, anyway.)

 

11/30/08: 5K, 39:00, (HR: 163), (C=intense, 4.5)

12/2/08: 5K, 37:30 (HR: 167), (C=minimal, 3.5)
