My husband gave in with his grey, but I think its totally different for a guy. I had one that I plucked and I swear 3 came back the next day. Thank God I’m blonde!
I think I would be solid grey if I didn’t color my hair. I don’t know why I’m surprised – my mom and dad both have solid white hair, but I guess I just didn’t expect it in my twenties. I held off coloring it until the week before my wedding, but it still seems crazy to me. My sister Julie loves her grey and wants it to grow in even faster. I don’t understand how we can be so different and be twins.
I love coloring. I believe in it, especially now, very strongly. I lift my bangs here and there and deep underneath, in the areas no one can see, there are just fountains and geysers of grey. I need to do something about this, stat.
Its all hereditary. I think sometimes I wish I could just leave it but then in our community there is to much pressure. I am so glad they are not doing the whole plate in our lips things or rings on our necks. I keep going back and forth from the natural brown or just dye it blond blond blond for the blending.
We have strayed away from aging gracefully in America – naturally except you are quite graceful. Congrats.

So, anyway, how do you feel about coloring?
